ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT This Department is responsible for the day to day administrative runs of the Organization, custody the Organization's Official Information, serve as reference to other departments and ensures the smooth running of other departments and Officers. Admin Department is made up of the Secretary General, Financial Officer, and other Admin Staff. under the leadership of the Organization's President/Chief Executive. MUSIC, THEATRE AND ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT This department shall be responsible for the recruitment training and management of the entertainment and music concerns of RTI under the leadership of the HOD. MUSIC, THEATRE AND ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAMMES AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT The department shall be in charge of planning and logistics issues in the Organization and for all Programmes and Events thereof. and shall be headed by the HOD PROGRAMMES AND LOGISTICS HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT This department shall be in charge of our health care programmes and social services. Design and carry out Health programmes, Community Services and Humanitarian Endeavours of Relationship Trends International. Organise Health Campaigns and Community Mobilization exercises. To be headed by HOD HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES who must be a Health Professional in consultation with the Medical Officer. ICT/MEDIA DEPARTMENT Shall be responsible for the production, documentation and design of Publications, Sound, Video, Photography and other media functions , including RT. Magazine, RTI's Websites and other ICT concerns. To be headed by the HOD ICT/MEDIA who must be an ICT/Media Professional PUBLIC RELATIONS/PUBLICITY DEPARTMENT This department shall be responsible for the packaging branding and public imaging of RTI and shall be responsible for all promos and publicity of RTI programmes and activities.under the leadership of HOD PUBLIC RELATIONS/PUBLICITY EVENTS AND CARES DEPARTMENT Shall be responsible for the general welfare and cares of members. Design and implement a welfare programme for members plan support and work with logistics to ensure the smooth running of ceremonies and other occasions and take care of refreshments. Headed by the HOD EVENTS AND CARES CONSULTANCY/RESEARCH DEPARTMENT Shall serve as a think tank and incubator for new ideas, concepts and initiatives. Shall carry research on areas and issues relevant to RTI's programmes and document same alongside ICT/Media Department. This department shall also be responsible for training and skills development. It shall be made up of a team of professionals in allied with other departments and EXCO. under the leadership of HOD CONSULTANCY/ RESEARCH INVESTMENT/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Shall be responsible for all investments and business concerns of RTI. Search for and develop new business ideas and opportunities, and work out funding strategies, in allied with the FINANCE OFFICER and EXCO. Headed by the HOD INVESTMENT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROTOCOL/USHERING DEPARTMENT Shall handle all matters relating to safety, security and orderliness of members and visitors during and after programmes and occasions and the safe keeping of RTI's property To work with Events and Programmes Departments to ensure coherence and order. Headed by the HOD PROTOCOL/USHERING INTERCESSION AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Shall be responsible for the prayer squad and plan programmes that would enhance the spiritual development of members, upholding the statement of faith and ethos of this great Organization.
